MMIntro – Mindfulness and Meditation Introductory Course is specially and heartfully designed to bring you back in BALANCE. It wonderfully suits those who are new or have little mindfulness and meditation experience. Its step-by-step structure creates the opportunity and motivation to start your own meditation and mindfulness practice on solid basis of brain science, accompanied by all necessary beginner and intermediate tools. You become aware of your innate ability to be present,  to deal with overwhelming thoughts and to cultivate focus out of everyday hustle and bustle. Answering questions like “What happens when I meditate?”, “Why does meditation help reduce the impact of negative thoughts?”, “Why should I become aware of judgments I make?”, “Who meditates?”, makes easier the understanding of different underlying mechanisms of mindfulness and easies its integration in a wide range of contexts. SESSION 5:  – Focusing the mind into Presence, with Kindness
SESSION 6:  – Compassion. Re-wiring for care and self-compassion vs. self-criticism
SESSION 7:  – The Mindfulness of Emotions. Heartfulness everywhere
SESSION 8:  – Letting go and holding space for new to come. Gratitude. A very practical session!

Nicoleta is the inspiring founder of citySTILLE – Mindfulness and Meditation Center Vienna, a pioneer concept for STILLE/STILLNESS IN THE CITY.  She aims to increase well-being in the cities by creating spaces for stillness, mindfulness and heartfulness – inside of people and outside – within offices, homes or public spaces. As an economist she previously focused on development projects in the microfinance & social banking sector or on training programs for SMEs. As of 2014 she dedicated her full attention on building a strong foundation for her inner stillness, peace and love through personal practice and inwards centered education trainings. From her soul-path, she gladly offers transformative mindshifts guidance through ReBALANCE Individual Programs, Leadership Workshops, Retreats or as an inspiring speaker for large gatherings.
