This individual session offers a context and a special environment for tapping into your inner peace of mind. A meditation sessions consists of a short interactive intro on the topic and a guided meditation practice. A 60′ essentials intro-workshop will inform and help you get started. Each of the sessions below can be booked in combination with the Meditation Essentials INTRO. BREATH 30’/60′  

Breathing in, breathing out…this is what we do from the moment we were born. For children, the breath flows naturally till down into the abdominal region, indicating a sense of balance and calm. As adults, we are often aware of the process of breathing only when it becomes short, accelerate or difficult. Moving into a mindful state — in which the breath is a nourishing process where the mind and the brain are relaxed but focused – has great benefits on a number of different levels including lower stress levels, relief from mild anxiety, improved mental clarity and focus for the rest of the day and more. Our BREATH meditation that takes you into your inner VAST BREATHING SPACE beyond the agitated mind and it is as nourishing as breathing the oxygenated air from the top of a mountain peak! Compassion is an elevate feeling, totally different from pity, the next level after empathy. Cultivating compassion for ourselves, for our daily experiences, imperfect lives or bodies is the next step in being able to offer compassion to other, to realize that suffering, failure, and imperfection is part of our shared human experience. The more we open our hearts to this reality instead of fighting it, the more we will be able to feel compassion for ourselves and all our human fellows on this path called life.Our COMPASSION meditation aims to cultivate self-compassion, starting with compassionate breathwork, a compassionate approach for our tensioned body and for our feelings/emotions we do not ‘like’. We practice ’embracing ourselves’ with kindness and acceptance, the way we are in every now, in love or in suffering. You are very welcome at this compassionate meeting with yourself! HEART 30’/60′

May I be loved! Breathing with the Heart and Loving-Kindness meditation compilation focuses on developing feelings of goodwill, kindness and warmth towards self and others. We are primed for love says neuroscientist Richard Davidson in his recent book Altered Traits. Becoming aware of our heart and its very core natural ability  – UNCONDITIONAL LOVE – has tremendous benefits on the areas of well-being, emotional intelligence, self-awareness and stress regulation, social awareness & our interconnectedness with everything in a warmhearted way. This HEART meditation is about loving kindness, benevolence, joy, empathy and beauty — these forms of love that we all intrinsically are. CLARITY 30’/60′

In a complex city landscape, information consumption and the mind’s ‘autopilot’ mode starts as early as we get out of the bed. Our CLARITY meditation – recalling the clarity of an ocean depth – aims to help with starting the day different: cultivating our inner CALMNESS & CLARITY. In this stillness and clearness state, the mind switches into a different mode of engagement – the default mode — the brain network associated with the consolidation of memories, self-referential thought, insight and introspection. Hence, from clarity comes CREATIVITY and INTUITION! We all know those moments when we suddenly come up with insights and ideas that elude while we are sitting at our computers desperately searching for the solution…and we feel: that’s it! Each session can be booked in combination with the Meditation Essentials INTRO.“The more clarity you achieve, the more you will find that the universe is on your side, supporting your thoughts and intentions. What am I grateful for, now? The moments we are grateful for something can uplift us, can make a difference for others and can help change the world. Our GRATITUDE meditation aims to make us aware of the meaning of a grateful life – which allows us to notice all that is already present and abundant – from the tiniest things of beauty and accomplishment to the grandest of our blessings – and in so doing, to take nothing for granted. We can learn to focus our attention on, and acknowledge, that life is a gift, in every moment. In each of our gratitude classes you will have the opportunity to be grateful and to mindfully write down your gratitude feelings at the end of the session. This exercise has a great impact in the areas of work, relationships, health, happiness levels and impacts the world by releasing our gratitude feelings towards other – weather we’re sick or well, old or young, employed or unemployed – if our heart is beating, air is flowing in our lungs and we had a meal today – there is something we can be grateful for. INTENTION Setting Meditation. Busy days in the city… so we often get caught up in busyness and lose touch with what matters most, may it be time with our loved ones, nourishing hobbies and passions, time in nature, rest etc. We lose connection with ourselves and values & desires dissipate in the life’s mainstream. What if we stop for a moment from our busyness and reconnect with ourselves: with our breath, our body and our heart? The next step further we’ll take is to write down our conscious intention for today and bring our full awareness to it during the meditation. We start with this small step, learn to trust and allow the unfolding of the bigger picture. This meditation is the best way to tap into your own potential to be happy and well. We can cultivate mindfulness as well as connecting to yourself and intentions for the day and more. Each session can be booked in combination with the Meditation Essentials INTRO.



FEEL 60′ – online

FEEL Coaching & Meditation Session aims to help you with better managing your emotions and feelings. 

💓 FEEL starts with an short introductory session. You let us know about your “feeling needs” and on the other side we introduce you the blend of practices that can be used in a personalised way (aprox. 15′). 
💓 FEEL Meditation Session consists of a persoanalised mix of research-based meditations like compassion, loving-kindness &  gratitude. We will always tap into the meditative state using a breathing meditation intro that involves grounding, embodying and centring – using the breath as an anchor. Each meditation is unique and specially adjusted to your needs, using the instructor’s high sensitivity and feeling. (aprox. 30′-40′)
💓 FEEL closing section consists of reflections, Q & A, as well as recommendations from the trainer for further exercises that can be incorporated in your practice. Sometime, if the meditation facilitator “feels”, the previous meditation section could last longer then 30′ with a short closing/wrapping up session.(aprox. 5′-15′). Available online via ZOOM.
