When we train our mind to be present, to witness our thoughts, emotions and whatever experiences – the result is an increased state of well-being and happiness. „Well-being is a skill“ says neuroscientist Dr. Richard Davidson from Center for Healthy Minds. How can we achieve a sustainable well-being? Where does this balance come from?



ReBALANCE program helps with establishing your personal mindfulness and meditation practice, so that you can reconnect with your fully balanced inner depth. The program consists of formal and informal mindfulness meditation practices along the four sessions, each personalized with passion for your needs.


Becoming aware of where we are, how do we feel and that our thoughts and emotions world tremendously influence our well-being. Learn about the mindfulness principles based in neuroscience. Set up the mindfulness practice. Session 1.


Starting to make the necessary mind shifts by observing the existent patterns of thought, triggers, automatic reactions. Slowly, starting to answer rather then react and, practice patience and kindness with whatever is, moment by moment.  Session 2.

Compassion & Gratitude

We cannot change or fix everything. Mindfulness teaches us that we cannot change the world or the waves of the ocean but, we can always act with kindness, compassion, gratitude and acceptance- towards ourselves and other. Session 3.

Letting go

This is a very important skill to learn: letting go of old patterns of thought, letting go of ideas about how it should be and trusting life how it naturally unfolds. Thoughts are just thoughts, not reality. Making sure your toolbox to go is complete. Session 4.

ReBALANCE Program is a four weeks setting that helps with discovering your own potential to be well and to overcome challenges by finding your peace, calm, love and equanimity oasis within. By accessing your SPACE WITHIN one becomes aware of this immense resource that is always there for us in an unchangeable state, beyond any conditioned mind, changeable thoughts and external conditions. ReBALANCE helps with increasing self-awareness and self-regulation ability.

Meditation means not trying to get rid of thoughts, emotions or feelings – meditation means finding a SPACE for them all.


1. ReBALANCE SESSION FOR ONE – One Taster Session, Practice & Feedback, Individual / 60 minutes / Independent Session* – 129 Euro, incl. 20 % VAT (Also available online, via Zoom)

2. ReBALANCE PROGRAM FOR ONE– Four Training Sessions, Individual/ 90 minutes / 4 Weeks Program* – 515 Euro, incl. 20 % VAT

3. ReBALANCE US PROGRAM FOR TWO – Four Training Sessions for Two/ 90 minutes / 4 Weeks Program* – 750 Euro, incl. 20 % VAT
