Designed by Jon Kabat-Zinn, the course is intended to help participants develop a personal mindfulness practice as a means of cultivating greater self-compassion and capacity for working with the stressful situations and difficult emotions we encounter living in our modern world.\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">The course includes 8x Course instruction, 1 Full-retreat day instruction &amp; light refreshments, course handbook, relevant audio and other materials.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Facilitator Michael Anderson<\/strong> Michael has been an educator for twenty years. He currently teaches Art at the American International School, Vienna. He holds a MA in Art and Art Education from Columbia University in New York, and a BA in Studio Art from the University of Minnesota. He has been studying and practicing meditation in the Shambhala Buddhist lineage since 2005. He has trained to be a certified MBSR Instructor through MIndful Academy, a UK-accredited mindfulness teacher training institute, and is certified to teach the dot B mindfulness curriculum to secondary students. Michael is interested in the intersections between mindfulness, the artistic process, and the art of teaching. MBSR wurde 1979 an der Universit\u00e4tsklinik Massachusetts durch Prof. Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn entwickelt und dort angewendet und evaluiert. Das MBSR-Achtsamkeitstraining ist sehr wirksam, um bis dahin automatisch ablaufende Reiz-Reaktionsmuster zu unterbrechen und Gewohnheiten in der Kommunikation und im Tun mehr und mehr durch bewusstes und pr\u00e4sentes Handeln zu ersetzen. Dadurch entsteht Raum, um Themen mit Abstand zu betrachten und neue Handlungsm\u00f6glichkeiten zu finden.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Facilitator Mag. Gregor Eibenberger<\/strong> Gregors berufliche Erfahrung breitet sich von Marketing, Vertrieb, Beratung, Projektbetreuung bis zum Personaldisponent, Trainer und Coach in die Erwachsenenbildung und Personalvermittlung. Die Erfahrungen aus der Wirtschaft tragen dazu bei, dass die Achtsamkeitstrainings f\u00fcr und in Unternehmen und Organisationen zum praxisnahen Nutzen aller TeilnehmerInnen sind. Die geistige Qualit\u00e4t der Achtsamkeit und ihre Wirkungen faszinieren ihn seit \u00fcber 15 Jahren. Gro\u00dfe Begeisterung, tiefe innere \u00dcberzeugung und die t\u00e4glich erlebbaren, vitalen Effekte der Achtsamkeit motivieren ihn, viel Zeit und Energie in die Achtsamkeitspraxis zu investieren. Die Ausbildung zum zertifizierten MBSR-Lehrer\/-Trainer absolvierte er 2015 bei Arbor-Seminare. Selbst-Mitgef\u00fchl bedeutet hier, mit sich so freundlich umzugehen wie mit anderen geliebten Menschen. Das Programm setzt sich aus angeleiteten Meditation (Atmung, Loving Kindness, etc.), kurzen Reflexionen, gef\u00fchrten \u00dcbungen und Gruppendiskussionen zusammen. Ziel ist es, die Ebenen K\u00f6rper, Gef\u00fchle und Gedanken achtsam wahrzunehmen sowie dabei freundlich mit sich selbst zu sein. Die Forschung zeigt, dass Selbstmitgef\u00fchl \u00c4ngste und Depressionen mindern sowie die emotionale Widerstandskraft und das Wohlbefinden steigern kann. MSC kann in Erg\u00e4nzung zu einem MBSR-Kurs oder auch ohne Vorkenntnisse besucht werden.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Facilitator Mag.a Elisabeth Lehner<\/strong> Elisabeth ist Wirtschaftsp\u00e4dagogin und arbeitet als selbstst\u00e4ndige Unternehmensberaterin und Consultant im Bereich Human Resources- und Organisationsentwicklung. Mit ihren Zusatzausbildungen zur diplomierten Lebens- und Sozialberaterin sowie zum Mindful-Self-Compassion Teacher hat sie sich auch mit emotionaler und pers\u00f6nlicher Entwicklung intensiv besch\u00e4ftigt.
